In placing an order by post or through this site, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified and we must reserve our right to refuse to accept your offer should we consider it to be necessary, e.g. where there is doubt as to the bona fide nature of payment or if goods are out of stock and cannot be supplied within the time frame you require. We will of course inform you if there is a problem with your means of payment or if we cannot meet normal delivery times and we will then give you the option of canceling the order or agreeing on other arrangements.

As a general rule, we will not dispatch your order until we have received confirmation of payment.

You will see the shipping charge calculated as part of your order. We try to keep these charges to a minimum but where possible we use insured services to protect your goods in transit and ensure they arrive promptly and in good condition.
